Key Areas of Responsibility

-Checking the mark up of the orders and availability of the items in stock.

-Placing the orders with suppliers on time (maximum 48 hours unless there is a valid reason). Make sure to process the order with right prices and quantities as per the Hospital order.

-Coordinate, monitor and organize transport of shipments from port of origin to the warehouse.

-Following up with the suppliers until shipment effected.

-Ensure that the shipment is received in good condition and making sure that the contents (items, quantities) is matching to our order.

-Delivering the items to the customer before the due dates.

-Following up for the Hospital orders with Sales against Internal Purchase Orders and Stock Requests.

-Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.

Competencies and Skills

-Degree in supply chain/logistics or related field

-Skill in performing detailed work in an accurate and organized manner.

-Skill in effective oral and/or written communication.
