Position – Head of IT
Location – UAE
Reporting To : Director of IT
Salary – AED 28000 + Air ticket for Family +Medical insurance for Family + Children Education Allowance + Annual leave + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise applications strategy, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage implementation, support, upgrades, integrations, and performance of enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business teams to deliver effective technology solutions and improve processes.
Oversee vendors, SLAs, APIs, middleware, and application support services.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, audit, and risk management standards.
Lead and mentor application support and development teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
12–15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior applications leadership.
Strong experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile, TOGAF, or Cloud certifications are an advantage.
