About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and leading a skilled team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and coordinate daily activities for the maintenance team across multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing).

Workflow Management: Monitor, assign, and follow up on work orders through the facility management system, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and within agreed timelines.

Proactive Inspections: Conduct regular property and facility inspections to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues before they escalate.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with established health, safety, and environmental standards.

Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other operational departments (such as Housekeeping) to ensure seamless property operations.

Reporting: Prepare accurate, data-driven reports on maintenance activities, team performance, and equipment status.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with distinct experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

Background: Previous experience working within residential compounds, large-scale properties, or healthcare facilities is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on knowledge of general maintenance practices (specifically central HVAC systems, plumbing networks, and electrical distribution).

System Literacy: Computer literate with practical experience using CMMS, CAFM, or facility management software systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred; relevant technical certifications are a distinct plus.

Language Skills: Good command of both spoken and written English.
