​Role: Van Salesman
Company: Al Rashed Food (Yaumi)
​Requirements:
​Must hold a valid KSA Heavy Driving License.
​Achieve sales targets for all ARF brands and categories.
​Forecast demand and place accurate orders.
​Follow the Journey Call Plan (JCP) and daily call targets.
​Achieve distribution and visibility targets as per the planogram.
​Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper handling.
​Review daily sales performance with the Sales Supervisor.
​Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
​Maximize sell-out through effective merchandising.
​Ensure accurate stock delivery and movement.
​Ensure correct product distribution and availability in assigned shops.
​Develop new business within the assigned route.
​Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in an FMCG-related role.
