Key Responsibilities:
1. Steel Structure Installation:
– Supervise and manage the installation of primary steel structures, including spatial and irregular-shaped structures.
– Coordinate and oversee the lifting and erection process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
– Collaborate with the design and technical teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the installation.

2. Cladding System Installation:
– Supervise the installation of cladding systems, including roofing and wall panels.
– Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finishing of cladding components.

3. Project Coordination:
– Work closely with the project manager, foreman, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work on-site.
– Prepare daily progress reports and update project schedules as required.

4. Quality Control and Safety:
– Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
– Identify potential problems and implement corrective actions promptly.

5. Documentation and Communication:
– Maintain accurate records of installation activities, material usage, and site conditions.
– Communicate effectively with the team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
– Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure installation, including spatial and irregular-shaped structures.
– Strong knowledge of cladding system installation (roofing and wall panels).
– Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and structural calculations.
– Hands-on experience with lifting operations and heavy equipment coordination.
– Familiarity with international safety standards and regulations.
– Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage.
