This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits administration to maintain quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with employees on HR-related matters to ensure engagement and compliance.
• Assist in executing the Center of Excellence (COE) Talent Management initiatives.
• Manage daily HR and administrative operations efficiently.
• Oversee HR software systems related to payroll and other HR functions.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet recruitment needs aligned with business strategies.
• Stay informed of changes in labor laws and assess their impact on company operations.
• Handle internal and external HR inquiries, directing them as appropriate.
• Maintain comprehensive personnel records and documentation.
• Partner with other departments such as payroll and benefits to support overall HR services.
• Conduct orientations and onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring updated records.
• Generate regular reports on HR activities and trends.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, including employee feedback collection.
• Provide support to other business functions as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist.
• Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.
• Strong skills in managing safety and security protocols.
• Ability to adapt effectively to changing environments.
• Excellent decision-making skills focused on problem-solving.
• Effective communication abilities with impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Professional certification in Human Resources is an advantage.
