Key Responsibilities

As a Façade Engineering Consultant, you will provide design support for façade systems from the initial concept to tender documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural designs, preparing technical reports and specifications, and producing detailed drawings. The role also involves overseeing the construction phase, including the review of façade-related submissions, ensuring quality and compliance. A strong understanding of façade materials, systems, and performance standards is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. This should include a minimum of 5 years specifically within a façade design team. You must be capable of supporting façade design development under the guidance of a principal consultant and collaborate effectively with clients and consultants. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as Revit, Navisworks, or Rhino is expected.
