Position: Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Qatar
Company: Estithmar Holding

Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen candidates across different channels
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain talent pipeline and ATS updates
• Ensure smooth candidate experience
• Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation, medical checks, and employment contracts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Construction or Engineering companies
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
