Job Opening: All-Around Maintenance Handyman

We are looking for a reliable Multi-Skilled Worker to handle general repairs and upkeep for our properties. If you are handy with tools and know your way around a toolbox, this is the job for you.

You’ll be our “go-to” person for three main areas:

⚡ Electrical: Swapping out light fixtures, fixing outlets, and basic troubleshooting.

🚰 Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing toilets.

🔨 Carpentry: Fixing doors and cabinets, patching drywall, and basic furniture repair.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: You’ve done this type of work before and know how to do it safely.

Problem Solver: You can look at a broken sink or flickering light and figure out how to fix it.

Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in doing a clean, professional job.

Independence: You can work through a “to-do” list without someone watching over your shoulder.
