Swiss-Belhotel in Qatar is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities

The IT Executive will be responsible for delivering technical support to hotel staff while ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure. This role includes monitoring and maintaining networks, servers, and devices, as well as managing hotel software like Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Prompt resolution of hardware and software issues is a vital part of the daily tasks, along with coordinating with external vendors when necessary to facilitate repairs or upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an IT Executive or in a similar role within a hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, network management, and hotel-specific software like PMS.
• Effective troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve hardware and software malfunctions.
• Good communication abilities to collaborate with team members and external support vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, especially in high-pressure situations common in hospitality settings.
