Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR and Government Relations Officer with a strong background in managing government processes and labor regulations in Bahrain. The successful candidate will oversee transactions involving key government portals such as NPRA, LMRA, MOL, SIO, and Sijilat, ensuring seamless compliance and efficient handling of employee-related formalities.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing work permits, visas, renewals, transfers, and cancellations through various governmental systems. You will handle immigration paperwork including CPR updates and residency permits, coordinate social insurance registrations and contributions, and maintain company records on the Sijilat platform. Ensuring strict adherence to Bahrain Labor Law, proactively managing deadlines such as visa expirations and CR renewals, and preparing official documentation will also be critical aspects of your work. Close collaboration with government authorities for approvals and inspections is required alongside resolving any issues related to government portals or employee status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience in HR operations and government relations within Bahrain. Proficiency in navigating and managing LMRA, NPRA, MOL, SIO, and Sijilat portals is essential. A thorough understanding of Bahrain labor laws and governmental regulations is a must. The role demands excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to work independently with government systems.
