Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Equipment Supervisor to join our team at MAADEN for a contract period of 6 months or more. This role is key to ensuring that all heavy equipment on site is operated effectively, maintained properly, and used in line with safety and project standards. The position is based in Dammam and offers a great chance to work in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Equipment Supervisor will manage the daily operations of all machinery, ensuring that equipment allocation matches project requirements. Responsibilities include supervising operator performance, coordinating timely maintenance and repairs, and keeping detailed records of equipment use, fuel consumption, and service logs. The supervisor must enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies, conduct routine inspections, and promptly report any operational issues or safety concerns. Additionally, the role involves working closely with procurement and rental teams to facilitate smooth equipment mobilization and demobilization, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client demands.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience supervising equipment in construction or oil and gas sectors. A solid understanding of heavy machinery such as cranes, excavators, and loaders is essential. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage operators and technicians are required, alongside excellent communication and reporting abilities. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and procedures is mandatory. Candidates with a diploma or other relevant technical certification will be given preference.
