We Are Hiring: Civil Engineer (G+1 Eligibility – Dubai Projects)

We are expanding our construction operations in Dubai and are looking to onboard a qualified Civil Engineer who meets the eligibility criteria for G+1 building contracting classification with Dubai Municipality.

This is a key technical role that will play a critical part in our growth within the residential villa segment, including projects aligned with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.

🔹 Position: Civil Engineer (Construction – G+1 Projects)

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

✅ Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
– Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval processes
– Experience in villa / G+1 residential construction projects
– Ability to manage site execution, coordination, and inspections
– Familiarity with DM contractor classification requirements is a strong advantage

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee execution of G+1 villa projects from start to handover
– Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
– Ensure compliance with all Dubai Municipality regulations
– Manage site progress, quality control, and reporting
– Support contractor classification and technical approvals
