Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant Officer with a minimum of four years experience to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on supporting human resource and operational functions, particularly involving the use of key government portals. Candidates should be proficient in navigating Saudi government systems and managing related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate Saudi government portals such as QIWA, Ministry of Labor (MOL), Ministry of Interior (MOI), and MUQEEM for HR and operational processes.
• Manage car insurance transfers and related documentation for employee vehicles.
• Assist in various HR and administrative duties to support smooth organizational operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong familiarity with government portals including QIWA, MOL, MOI, and MUQEEM.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks relating to car insurance registration and transfer.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of 3000 SAR. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
