We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join a leading civil and construction team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing contracts within large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a hands-on professional with a solid background in construction management, engineering, or architecture and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Contracts Manager will oversee contract administration, negotiations, and management throughout the project lifecycle. This includes preparing, reviewing, and finalizing contract documents, mitigating risks, resolving disputes, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met accurately and on time. The role also demands close collaboration with project teams and clients to support smooth execution and alignment with legal and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent field.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) is mandatory.
• At least 25 years of overall relevant experience within the construction industry.
• A minimum of 8 years in a Contracts Manager role on significant projects.
• At least 5 years of regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is essential.

Preferred Experience

Strong familiarity with regional construction contract standards and regulatory frameworks is expected. Candidates with expertise in navigating complex contractual environments and proven leadership in multidisciplinary project settings will be favored.
