Senior Architect / Architectural
🎯 Job Purpose:

To lead architectural design projects from concept development through detailed design, construction documentation, and site supervision, ensuring compliance with client requirements, Saudi regulations, and engineering consultancy standards, with full capability in design, visualization, and building permit processes.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🏛️ Architectural Design & Development:
Lead and develop architectural projects from concept to detailed and construction design stages.
Prepare and review architectural drawings (Concept – Schematic – Detailed Design).
Produce high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations (Sketching, Rendering & Presentation).
Develop creative architectural solutions with strong design and conceptual skills.
Prepare tender drawings and full design packages for project submission.
🏗️ Project Supervision & Management:
Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with approved design and specifications.
Manage architectural project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
Monitor project progress, quality, and deliverables.
Prepare periodic progress reports for management and clients.
Ensure alignment between design intent and construction implementation.
🏛️ Permits & Municipality Approvals:
Manage and lead building permit processes through Balady platform and Riyadh Municipality (Amanah Riyadh).
Fully knowledgeable with Saudi building regulations, municipal requirements, and approval procedures.
Prepare and submit architectural documentation for permit issuance and approvals.
Follow up on design approvals and coordination with authorities until final permits are issued.
🤝 Coordination & Technical Review:
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Review and approve shop drawings and construction details.
Ensure integration between architectural and engineering disciplines.
Resolve design conflicts during design and construction phases.
📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms.
Strong expertise in architectural design, supervision, and project management.
High proficiency in Sketching, conceptual design, and architectural visualization.
Strong experience in interior and exterior 3D rendering and presentation quality outputs.
Proven experience in building permits and approvals (Balady & Riyadh Municipality).
Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or equivalent software.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Deep understanding of consultancy office workflow and project delivery standards.
