Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This important role involves maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies. The successful candidate will play a key part in accident prevention, regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety mindset throughout all operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and continuously monitoring workplace safety procedures. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, investigating incidents, and providing safety training to staff. Promoting a proactive health and safety culture across all departments is essential to minimize risks and protect employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or Occupational Safety from a reputable and fully accredited university, OR a Bachelor’s in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering combined with an internationally recognized diploma or certification in Safety Engineering or Occupational Safety such as OSHA or NEBOSH.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in health and safety roles.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and management.
