Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Safety Officer to join our team in Qatar with immediate effect. This role requires a proactive individual dedicated to maintaining and promoting health and safety standards across projects, ideally with experience in Ashghal projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations. They will work closely with project teams to identify potential hazards, enforce safety protocols, and report on safety performance regularly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree or Diploma holder with NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
• Certification in IOSH Managing Safely is mandatory
• At least 5 years of practical experience in safety management roles
• Experience working on Ashghal projects is highly advantageous

Additional Information

This position is open to candidates who are currently residing in Qatar (in-country local hire only). Candidates must be prepared for an immediate start.
