Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled civil engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with strong expertise in both commercial and residential construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience with contracting, construction management, and coordination of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. The candidate will also handle fit-out and interior design installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently from inception to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of construction projects. This includes supervising field teams, recruiting and managing workers, overseeing installations, and ensuring seamless integration of various construction disciplines. Additionally, involvement in sales engineering tasks such as preparing price quotations and bills of quantities will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driving license and a personal vehicle is required.
• Proficiency with computer applications relevant to construction, including presentations and design software.
• Strong knowledge of interpreting building plans and drawings.
• Experience with procurement procedures is preferred.
