Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong estimation exposure to support our MEP and technical services projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP and electromechanical projects such as (RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders)
– Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and prepare commercial comparisons
– Support estimation team with accurate BOQ pricing and cost analysis
– Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization
– Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely material delivery
– Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– 3+ years of procurement experience in construction / MEP projects
– Proven exposure to estimation and cost evaluation
– Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
– Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
