Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to lead and supervise concrete works both on-site and within factory settings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing formwork, reinforcement tasks, and large concrete pours while ensuring production efficiency and quality in precast concrete operations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing a variety of critical activities to guarantee smooth project execution and adherence to standards:

• Supervise and coordinate crews responsible for formwork installation, reinforcement placement, and executing major concrete pouring projects.
• Manage factory operations, including monitoring concrete plant production, ensuring mix consistency, and enforcing quality control measures.
• Ensure all work complies with detailed technical drawings, industry safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Effectively allocate labor, materials, and equipment resources to maintain optimized work schedules and productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Civil Foreman, specifically focused on concrete and precast construction environments.
• In-depth technical knowledge of concrete properties including curing processes, the use of additives, and precast concrete techniques.
• Strong leadership capabilities to supervise teams, manage resources efficiently, and handle on-site challenges effectively.
