Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tenders Engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience specializing in tenders and contracts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing and reviewing technical proposals, implementation plans, and project schedules tailored to both governmental and private sector requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical proposals aligned with project specifications and client requirements.
• Create and manage implementation plans and realistic project schedules.
• Conduct thorough reviews of tenders and contracts to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across governmental and non-governmental platforms.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Office tools to support the tender process and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least five years of practical experience in tenders and contract management within the engineering sector.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to interpret and prepare comprehensive technical documents for diverse project types.
• Experience engaging with governmental agencies and understanding their tendering protocols is preferred.
