Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new contracts or subcontracts within the industrial or construction sectors, focusing on business development through existing networks or tender processes.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including manpower coordination, quality assurance, and on-site supervision to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our corporate office, maintaining clear communication and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering projects within the Saudi market, particularly in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Jubail).
• A solid track record of successfully acquiring and delivering projects through your professional network or tender participation.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, including Aramco and SABIC standards where applicable, alongside vendor and subcontractor management expertise.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
