Key Responsibilities:

Leverage the full capabilities of large language models (LLMs) to produce high-quality outputs while adhering to consistent brand voice, tone, and company guidelines.
Ensure consistency across tasks by experimenting with different prompt versions to identify the best and most reliable results.
Design inputs for chatbots, articles, images, and code, with a solid understanding of context windows, token limits, syntax, and semantics.
Create and enhance a collection of AI prompts that empower marketing teams to quickly generate consistent, high-quality content for campaigns and communications.
Translate natural language into precise, structured instructions that guide AI models in producing accurate, actionable, and business-ready outputs.
Test AI models to identify and reduce hallucinations and bias, ensuring outputs align with company brand guidelines and are fair, safe, and reliable.
Organize AI-generated responses into structured documentation and develop tutorials that explain best practices, enabling others to use AI tools effectively and consistently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI/ML fundamentals, NLP, context windows, tokens, and model limitations.
Proven experience in prompt engineering or related AI/ML roles.
Creative thinking with a problem-solving approach, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable prompts.
Ability to assess the benefits and risks of new technologies with a realistic perspective.
