We are urgently seeking skilled BIM Modelers and BIM Coordinators with expertise in Architecture, Civil, and MEP disciplines to join a dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in building information modeling, including roles such as Senior Draftsman with knowledge of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models across various engineering disciplines. This includes collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy in architectural, civil, and MEP models, as well as supporting project workflows through effective BIM coordination and drafting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in BIM modeling for architecture, civil engineering, and MEP systems
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard BIM software and tools
• Ability to produce detailed construction drawings and documentation
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Senior Draftsman experience with understanding of MEP systems is a plus
