​Position: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ESTIMATOR) – PRE-CONTRACT
​We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) to join our team for road construction projects in the pre-contract stage. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, tender evaluation, and BOQ preparation within infrastructure works.

​Key Responsibilities
​Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for road construction projects.
​Carry out quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
​Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
​Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and budgets.
​Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements.
​Identify risks and provide value engineering proposals.
​Assist in tender submissions and clarifications.
​Support contract documentation and commercial evaluations.
​Liaise with design, planning, and procurement teams during pre-contract stage.
​Requirements
​Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
​Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction projects (pre-contract experience preferred).
​Proficiency in Excel and quantity surveying software.
​Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
​Excellent analytical and communication skills.
