🛠 Job Description:

A Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for supervising and managing all mechanical construction, installation, and maintenance activities at oil & gas project sites. The role ensures that all work is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
The candidate will oversee daily site activities, manage mechanical teams, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.

🎓 Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
8–15 years of experience in oil & gas projects (EPC / refinery / petrochemical)
Strong knowledge of piping systems, static & rotating equipment, HVAC, and mechanical installations
Familiarity with ASME, API standards, and HSE regulations
Proven site supervision and leadership experience
🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise all mechanical site activities (piping, equipment, HVAC, etc.)
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and other disciplines
Enforce HSE and quality standards on site
Monitor project progress and submit daily/weekly reports
Support testing, pre-commissioning, and handover activities
Manage manpower, tools, and subcontractors efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
