We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations / Area Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple branches.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Lead and manage end-to-end store operations
​Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability
​Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance
​Manage and develop operations and store management teams
​Implement policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
​Requirements:
​Proven experience in a senior operations role within supermarkets or retail
​Strong leadership and people management skills
​Solid understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and inventory control
​Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
