Job Details:
Location: Riyadh (Arabic Speakers Preferred)
Lead end-to-end Problem Management, ensuring structured investigation and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA), identify incident trends, and manage known errors with effective workarounds.
Track corrective actions to closure and provide insights through reporting on trends, root causes, and improvements.
