Sales Executive – Automotive (Calls & Chat Handling)

Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries through calls and chat platforms for our growing car detailing business.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms
Convert leads into confirmed bookings/sales
Provide accurate information about car detailing services (PPF, ceramic coating, etc.)
Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships
Coordinate with internal team for scheduling and service delivery
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales
Experience in customer handling via chat platforms (WhatsApp, CRM, etc.)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Language Requirement
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
Preferred Profile
Experience in automotive sales / car care / detailing services
Familiarity with customer follow-up systems and CRM tools
Ability to understand customer needs and upsell services
