Immediate Hiring Senior Cost Controller Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia

A major project led by a leading Company in Al Ahsa City is looking for a strong Cost Control professional who is ready to join immediately.

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of project cost performance, reporting, forecasting, and commercial awareness with confidence and precision.

Requirements:
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Cost Control / Project Controls
✔️ Strong experience in budget control, cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
✔️ Strong command of Excel and cost control/Power BI/reporting tools
✔️ Experience in construction projects is required
✔️ Hospital / MEP project experience is highly preferred
✔️ CCP/PMP certified is a plus
✔️ Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
✔️ Willing to relocate to Al Ahsa City
✔️ Immediate availability is a MUST
