Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics and HR systems to support strategic decision-making and improve HR processes. This position suits someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for transforming HR data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Data Analyst, your main duties will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support workforce planning and operational excellence. You will develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Automating repetitive reporting tasks and optimizing HR information system workflows will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with HR operations teams to enhance hiring, payroll, and employee benefits processes based on data findings is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in HR analytics or a similar analytical role, preferably within an HR environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation
• Experience with HRMS and HRIS platforms to manage and analyze workforce data
• Ability to create compelling data visualizations and reports using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, or Dynamics
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling and descriptive statistics for data interpretation
• Good research skills with a keen eye for identifying trends and anomalies in HR data
• Familiarity with HR operations such as recruitment, payroll management, and employee benefits

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Economics, Econometrics, Social Sciences, or Business Administration is required.
