Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Officer to join as a freelancer in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in safety management within the Saudi Arabian work environment and possess a valid Work Permit Receiver (WPR) card. This role requires hands-on experience in supervising site safety and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for managing daily safety operations on site, including overseeing work permits for high-risk activities. Delivering safety inductions and conducting Toolbox Talks (TBT) to promote awareness among personnel will be part of your routine. The role also involves identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions promptly to maintain a safe workplace.

Required Skills and Certifications

Candidates must have at least two years of field experience working in Saudi Arabia. A valid WPR card issued by Aramco, SABIC, or an accepted third party is essential. Additionally, certification in NEBOSH International General Certificate (parts 1, 2, and 3) or OSHA safety training is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in hazardous environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Indian nationality.
• Valid Iqama with current Muqeem print.
• Availability to work on a freelance basis with potential for full-time transfer.

Compensation and Work Conditions

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Immediate mobilization is required. Contract type is flexible, either freelance or full-time with transfer possibilities.
