A leading IT outsourcing and recruitment company focusing on the Middle East and Gulf region is seeking a seasoned ITSM Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires over 8 years of experience and is ideal for Arabic speakers looking to lead IT service management processes across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

As an ITSM Expert, you will serve as the primary liaison ensuring smooth execution of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management. You will collaborate across departments to support ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards, facilitate communications with customers regarding infrastructure services such as networking, servers, VMware, and storage, and lead resources to meet process performance and service level objectives.

In addition, you will act as a crisis manager during critical incidents, driving proactive problem resolution and preventing change failures. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CMDB, as well as supporting availability and capacity targets, will be key aspects of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 8 years of professional experience in IT service management
• Strong command of ITIL best practices and framework
• Proven ability to implement and contribute to ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 compliance
• Technical expertise in networking, server management, VMware, and storage solutions
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional team leadership and customer engagement
• Ability to manage and resolve critical incidents efficiently
• Experience maintaining CMDB and achieving availability and capacity goals
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred

Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 17,500 SAR, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
