Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join a dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate accounting records, and supporting the finance department in budgeting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and excellent skills in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record day-to-day accounting and financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses effectively.
• Compile financial reports and statements to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
• Coordinate with auditors and collaborate across internal departments to meet financial requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and VAT compliance.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and cash flow management.
