Construction Manager (QA/QC – Fit-Out – Site)
​JOB ROLE:
​Lead and manage all QA/QC activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and company standards.
​Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality procedures.
​Monitor site execution to ensure all works are carried out according to approved materials, method statements, and quality benchmarks.
​Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
​Review and approve material submittals, mock-ups, and samples prior to installation.
​Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
​Ensure proper documentation of inspections, approvals, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and closing of quality issues.
​Lead quality control during finishing stages, especially joinery, finishes, and detailed fit-out works.
​Monitor handover process, ensuring all snagging, de-snagging, and final quality checks are completed to client satisfaction.
​JOB REQUIREMENTS:
​Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
​Minimum 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC within fit-out and construction companies in the UAE.
​Strong experience in interior fit-out works, finishes, joinery, and site execution.
​Experience in handling inspections, audits, and project handover procedures.
​Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of QA/QC documentation systems is an advantage.
