Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Civil Site Supervisor to oversee tower erection activities for a long-term Nokia project across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecom civil site supervision with a strong focus on quality, safety, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The selected supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating civil construction teams on Nokia telecom tower sites. This includes reading and interpreting construction drawings accurately to ensure precise execution of tasks. A critical part of the role is managing civil works such as excavation, steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and foundation activities related to telecom towers.

Additionally, the supervisor will oversee carpentry work tied to shuttering and other site requirements while ensuring all work adheres to approved specifications and health and safety standards. Daily site coordination involving manpower, equipment, and material management will be an essential part of the role to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor on Nokia projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of telecom tower civil works.
• Ability to effectively lead and supervise site teams.
• Proficiency in reading and executing technical drawings.
• Understanding of Nokia’s safety protocols and quality standards.
• Fluent English communication skills.
