Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Manager to join a leading petrochemical company in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position demands a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of reliability engineering, asset integrity, and maintenance strategy within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing reliability strategies aimed at optimizing asset performance and minimizing downtime. You will lead initiatives such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and predictive maintenance programs. Overseeing asset integrity, maintenance planning, and equipment lifecycle management is critical to the role. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement efforts through reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals. Collaboration with operations, maintenance, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) teams is essential to maintain a safe and efficient plant environment. Utilization of data analytics tools and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be key to improving equipment reliability.

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery industries, with a proven track record in managerial or leadership roles. Candidates must have thorough expertise in reliability engineering techniques and maintenance best practices. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
