Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Accounts Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing quotations specifically for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. Additionally, a solid understanding of accounting principles is an advantage. This role requires a minimum of three years’ relevant experience and a valid transferable iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment projects.
• Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to collect necessary information for pricing and estimation.
• Maintain detailed records of quotes and project estimations to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Manage basic accounting tasks related to project costing, invoicing, and financial tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in quotation preparation within the kitchen or laundry equipment supply sector.
• Basic bookkeeping and account management skills are preferred.
• Proficient in using estimation and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Valid transferable iqama is mandatory.
