Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Inspection Coordinator to join our growing Third Party Inspection team in the United Arab Emirates. This role demands strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively manage inspection activities and serve as a liaison between clients and inspectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily third-party inspection operations to ensure smooth execution
- Act as the primary communication point with clients and inspectors for scheduling and clarifications
- Monitor client notifications closely and promptly mobilize inspectors accordingly
- Maintain accurate assignment logs and ensure all inspection reports are submitted on time
- Prepare and review monthly timesheets to support payroll and resource tracking
- Manage professional correspondence using Microsoft Outlook and maintain clear records
- Assist in resource planning and ensure all inspection activities comply with prescribed quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience within the UAE, emphasizing third-party inspection
- Strong understanding of third-party inspection processes and requirements
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred
