​Job Summary:
​To ensure a safe working environment at project sites by implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
​Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and recommend control measures.
​Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
​Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and daily safety walks.
​Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
​Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site personnel.
​Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
​Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
​Liaise with regulatory authorities and client representatives on safety performance.
​Required Qualifications & Skills:
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial).
​Certifications: Safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC / IOSH preferred.
​Experience: 10 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
​Nationality Preference: Indian and Philippine nationalities are preferred.
