We Need Junior Procurement / Sourcing Executive (Industrial)

Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to support sourcing and pricing of industrial materials for oil & gas projects, including those aligned with Saudi Aramco standards.
This role is ideal for a candidate willing to learn the Saudi supplier market and grow in procurement and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact suppliers and obtain quotations for industrial materials
Compare prices from multiple vendors
Follow up with suppliers for faster responses
Assist in identifying cost-effective sourcing options
Support senior team in RFQs and pricing
Maintain supplier database and records
Learn material specifications and compliance requirements
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience required
Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
Background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar
Interest in oil & gas industry
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco projects is a plus
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SAR 3500-4000 + commission on sales
