We are looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team and support our projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design, conducting site surveys, and preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure efficient project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural design concepts, drawings, and detailed plans for projects.

• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments prior to project development.

• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimations based on project drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Assist in project documentation, approvals, and technical reports.

• Review and update drawings during project execution as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• 3–5+ years of experience in architectural design and site work.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and construction materials.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office, 3d Rendering software(lumion, ensacpe, 3dsmax corona or D5 etc)

• Experience conducting site inspections and surveys.

• Good communication and coordination skills. English & Arabic

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Valid transferable iqama and valid drivers license

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

• Understanding of construction methods and finishing details.

• Knowledge of local authority regulations and submission processes.
