Position: Security Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our sites in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective site security.
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Oversee security staff to adhere on high standards of performance.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-4 years in security supervision or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or atleast Secondary level graduate or a related discipline is preferred.
• GTS certified is a must
• Driving License required
Skills:
• Good in making reports and must know computer.
• Strong leadership, good english communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
