Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and employee onboarding
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations and performance management
* Maintain HR records and compliance with labor laws
* Support training and development initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of Kuwait labor law is an advantage
