Position: Field Coordinator – Maintenance (Equipment / Field) Offshore | Oil and Gas Sector.
​Rotation & Schedule:
​Rotation: 60 days work / 30 days leave (Leave paid).
​Application Deadline: March 30, 2026 (before 2 PM UAE time).
​Job Purpose:
​Coordinate, plan, and monitor maintenance activities for all operational equipment and yard assets to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation. Oversee scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractor interfaces, track equipment availability, and ensure proper documentation, inspections, and certification of mechanical, electrical, and lifting equipment used across yard and offshore logistics operations.
​Minimum Qualifications:
​Education: Diploma in automobile / mechanical engineering with experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar position.
​Experience: 4–7 years’ experience in equipment maintenance coordination or yard operations.
​Skills: Strong knowledge of forklifts, cranes, telehandlers, generators, vehicles, tools, and lifting equipment.
​Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and equipment inspection standards.
​Good communication, scheduling, and documentation skills.
​Proficiency with maintenance systems and MS Office.
​Requirement: Willingness to work in offshore environments.
