Job Positions and Descriptions
​1. Customer Service
​JD – Customer Service (Abu Dhabi)
​Point of contact for customers.
​Provide freight quotations (air, sea, and land).
​Handle customer complaints.
​Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
​2. Operation Executive
​JD – Operations Executive Customs Clearance (Abu Dhabi)
​Manage customs clearance (air/sea, import/export/re-export).
​Coordinate with Customs (refunds, temporary imports).
​Handle documentation & HS codes.
​Ensure regulatory compliance.
​3. Sales Executive / BDE / BDM
​JD – Sales Executive Freight Forwarding (Abu Dhabi)
​Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
​Identify target markets and build a customer pipeline.
​Meet clients & pitch solutions.
​Submit sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.
​Qualifications & Requirements
​Education: Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
​Experience: 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding customer service (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
​Nationality Preferred: Indian.
​Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
​Driving License: UAE Driving License (required for Sales role).
​Technical Skills: Customs portal experience (required for Operations role).
