ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures that the warehouse is efficiently organized/ well-maintained and secure.
2. Leads the group of Warehouse Attendants while ensuring their well-being and safety.
3. Keeps contacts of Warehouse Attendants in the area that are ready to be employed on a day-to-day basis as needed.
4. Makes sure to be reachable 24/7 for emergency cases.
5. Acts as the central point between the transport agent and the site engineers for a smooth material delivery.
6. Assists the Logistics Supervisor when goods are received/handed over
7. Updates the Logistics Supervisor of all activities at the warehouse
8. Assists in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site controllers).
9. Ensures that all stock cards are being updated on the daily basis.
10. Ensures that the available stock items are matching physically as per records such as stock card and warehouse software closing balances
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of experience in similar field.
