Urgently required Site Surveyor for a Construction Company in Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to support our civil construction projects by providing accurate site measurements, setting out works and as built surveys for buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic and layout surveys for civil works (structures, utilities, earthwork, foundations etc.).

• Set out control points, reference benchmarks and levels for excavation, formwork and structural elements.

• Prepare and maintain survey records, maps, sketches and as built drawings.

• Check drawings and compare with site conditions; report discrepancies to the site engineer/project manager.

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and contractors to ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and coordinates.

• Operate total station, GPS, auto level and related survey equipment; ensure proper calibration and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and relevant standards during all surveying activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level and basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D).

• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently on site.

Note:

Candidates should be available in Kuwait with valid Kuwait residency.

Minimum [3–5] years’ experience as Site/ Land Surveyor in civil construction projects.

Nationality: Indian preferred.
