URGENT HIRING – QC INSULATION INSPECTORS
Hyundai Engineering Company Ltd. – Jafurah SACE 2 Project

We are expanding our Quality Team for the Jafurah SACE 2 assignment and are seeking ARAMCO experienced QC Insulation Inspectors to join our project.

🔧 POSITION DETAILS

Role: QC Insulation Inspector (Senior) Vacancies: 1 Nos Experience: Saudi Aramco Project Experience Required- 8+ yrs

Role: QC Insulation Inspector Vacancies: 1 Nos Experience: Saudi Aramco Project Experience Required- 5+ yrs

🛠️ KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• The installation quality control of monolithic refractory linings.
• Conduct inspection of all inspecting, testing, and installing monolithic refractory linings.
• Coordinate and manage inspection activities with the client (ARAMCO) for laboratory testing, applicator qualification, and inspection documentation.
• Review ITPs, Method Statements, and Project Specifications related to insulation works.
• Prepare QC documentation and maintain accurate auditing records.
• Monitor calibration and expiry status of inspection tools and instruments.
• Maintain daily inspection logs and report progress to senior QC personnel.
• Ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Review Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers and submit to client for final approval.
• Ensure timely and complete handover of all quality documents from subcontractors.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification
• High School / Diploma / University Degree in a relevant field.
Certification Requirements
Inspector must hold one of the following (as per SAEP 316):
1. Hot / Cold Insulation inspection with Aramco Experience required
2. Minimum 5 years’ Experience in core competency/project field
3. API 936 (API Refractory personal) holder

Technical Expertise
• Thorough working knowledge of insulation applications, inspection methods, and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of critical Insulation systems and recognized international standards.
• Must understand material qualification testing, applicator qualification, and as-installed testing.
• Safety and operational efficiency in oil and gas refineries.
• Ability to perform inspection tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Experience
• Average 10 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 8 years inspection experience for Senior Position.
• Minimum 5 years inspection experience for Junior Position.
• Minimum 3 years working within the Contract Scope of Work.
• Must be fully conversant with applicable industry standards and specifications.
• Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full time work required as per Schedule Q – Attachment VI.
